DLA Piper assists Chromaviso Holding ApS in connection with an investment from French-based IMPACT Partners

A team made up of Partner Kristian Tokkesdal, Attorney Andreas Arent Jespersen, Assistant Attorney Anne-Sofie Thomassen, and Senior Project Manager Sanela Lulic recently assisted Chromaviso Holding ApS in connection with an investment from IMPACT Partners.

Chromaviso Holding ApS is the parent company of Chromaviso A/S, a Danish company of experts in health-promoting lighting solutions, which provides customised solutions to the health sector etc.

DLA Piper advised Chromaviso Holding ApS on the negotiation and conclusion of the legal agreements.
