DLA Piper assists international investor in the acquisition of 192 residential units from AP Ejendomme

AP Ejendomme has sold the residential property, Nobelholmen, comprising 192 newly built residential units and approx. 20,000 sqm. located in the Engholmene area in the south harbor district of Copenhagen.

DLA Piper has advised on the buy-side of the transaction with a team led by Emilie Møller.
