DLA Piper assists Logos Payment Solutions in its acquisition of the Swedish company Codab

Logos Payment Solutions is a fintech group specializing in developing and producing unattended terminals and payment solutions, industrial controllers, and back-end systems into coherent and innovative solutions, and has more than 30 years of experience.

Codab has existed in more than 35 years and specializes in forecourt control with FuelNet Manager. Codab’s products are also payment and fleet terminals used by fuel retailers in northern Europe, as well as other products for white stations and fleet refuelling stations.

The acquisition of Codab in Sweden is strategic and will enhance Logos Payment Solutions’ and Codab’s position in the Nordic market.

Logos Payment Solutions was advised by a DLA Piper team of Karsten Pedersen and Sara Schjørring, and with assistance from DLA Piper Sweden in the due diligence headed by Martin Nyberg.
