Together with Clearwater, DLA Piper Denmark advised the owners of Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S on the sale of Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S to G&O Maritime Group, which is controlled by Polaris.

Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S has more than 100 years of experience in innovative product development, creative solutions and efficient installation of quality products and is today a world-leading international provider within the fields of development, production, marketing and servicing of cylinder lubrication systems for two-stroke marine diesel and stationary engines.

G&O Maritime Group is a leading provider of niche products for the maritime industry, including shipping companies, shipyards and engine manufacturers.

A team made up of Karsten Pedersen, Jonas Bang and Andreas Egeblad Arendt assisted the owners of Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S.
