DLA Piper assists Securitas A/S in its acquisition of Dansk Brandteknik group

The Danish security services provider, Securitas A/S, has acquired Dansk Brandteknik group, the leading provider of fire protection services, gas detection services and first aid solutions in Denmark in a DKK 110 million transaction.

Securitas A/S is part of the global Securitas group, Securitas AB, which is listed at Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.

The acquisition of Dansk Brandteknik is strategic and will be Securitas’ largest acquisition in Denmark so far. You can read more about the transaction here (in Danish).
