DLA Piper assists Wizer A/S on the sale of its fiber-to-the-home infrastructure to GlobalConnect A/S

DLA Piper is proud of having assisted the Danish established provider of fiber optic network, Wizer A/S, on the sale of its physical fiber-to-the-home infrastructure, comprising approximately 20,000 households in North Zealand and Greater Copenhagen, to GlobalConnect A/S.

Global Connect is the leading supplier of fiber-based data communications and data centers in Northern Europe. 

The transaction is expected to be completed in May 2022.

Wizer A/S was advised by a DLA Piper Denmark team consisting of Karsten Pedersen, Sara Schjørring and Ida Boysen.
