DLA Piper Denmark has advised Azets on its acquisitions of Addea Accounting ApS and Addea Wise Management ApS

DLA Piper Denmark has advised Azets in connection with the acquisitions of Addea Accounting ApS and Addea Wise Management ApS as well as the Group’s entry into the Danish accounting sector.

Owned by HgCapital, Azets Group, which is part of CogitalGroup, already offers enterprises outsourcing of their finance, HR and accounting functions. With Azets Group’s acquisitions of Addea Accounting ApS and Addea Wise Management ApS, Azets (formerly Visma Services) now takes over additional bookkeeping and accounting services. Following the acquisitions, Azets will have a revenue of approx. DKK 300m in Denmark and 300+ employees.

The acquisitions also reflect an increased demand for accounting services from Azets’ customers, in that these acquisitions enable close collaboration with the accounting firm Addea Audit Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab, which, in the future, will provide accounting and advising services under the Azets brand, while Azets will provide assistance in respect of administration, HR, and finance functions as well as digital tools.
