DLA Piper has advised ATP Ejendomme on the sale of office building on Langelinie

ATP Real Estate has entered into a transfer agreement with an investor group regarding the sale of the office property located at Langelinie Allé 31-35.

The building was previously the head office of the law firm Bech-Bruun.

In addition to RED, ATP Ejendomme was advised by DLA Piper in connection with the transaction with a transaction team led by Emilie Møller.
