DLA Piper has advised Baunsøe Ejendomme on the sale of 7 properties

Baunsøe Ejendomme has sold a 6,604 square-metre portfolio, which consists of seven different properties, to Viscop Ejendomme ApS.  

The properties are situated in Copenhagen and its northern affluent suburbs Hellerup and Kgs. Lyngby and consist of a residential rental property, a newly constructed terraced house project, office rental units as well as an underground car park.

The transfers were completed as transactions of companies and assets at a total transaction price of a considerable three-digit million-kroner amount.
