DLA Piper has advised Gabriel A/S on the acquisition of Lithuanian fabric manufacturer

Danish fabric manufacturer Gabriel A/S has signed an agreement on the acquisition of the Lithuanian fabric manufacturer UAB Baltijos Tekstilė (BTC).

The two companies have collaborated since 1999, and in 2017 BTC generated revenue of EUR 3.9 million, with Gabriel A/S as one of its major customers.

Gabriel A/S was advised by Kristian Tokkesdal and Mathias Beck.
