DLA Piper has advised HgCapital backed Azets on its acquisition of KMD Perspektiv

Azets Group has announced its acquisition of KMD Perspektiv from KMD A/S. The transaction includes the salary administration solution KMD Perspektiv as well as existing customers in the business unit.

Primarily owned by English PE fund HgCapital, Azets Group is a leading global provider of finance outsourcing, HR and accounting functions. With the acquisition, Azets can now provide an even wider range of salary administration and HR services to its customers.

KMD is owned by the NEC Corporation and a leading provider of IT and network technologies.
