DLA Piper has advised Link Logistics on the acquisition of Parcel4You

Founded in 2011, Parcel4You is an independent Danish provider of distribution services in the e-commerce market with headquarters in Silkeborg and offices in the Netherlands and Poland. Parcel4You has customers in nine countries and delivered 7 million parcels to private consumers in 2022.

Parcel4You has a strong team, a solid network and a competitive product, which strongly synergizes with the market position of Link Logistics.

Together with Parcel4You, Link Logistics aims to pursue the next phase of its growth strategy, and the acquisition of Parcel4You creates great opportunities in the growing e-commerce market in both Europe and the US.

The transaction was subject to customary closing conditions.
