DLA Piper has advised Logos Payment Solutions in connection with its acquisition of EBS Digital in Norway

Since its incorporation in 2001, Logos Payment Solutions has specialized in developing and producing unattended terminals and self-service payment solutions, industrial controllers, and back-end systems to offer coherent and innovative payment solutions in Denmark and Sweden. Moreover, Logos Payment Solutions is a leading provider of self-service payment solutions for unattended use cases across various industries. It processes 250,000 daily transactions and has more than DKK 25,000,000,000 in revenue daily.
 
EBS Digital is a Norwegian company that supplies and develops contactless payment systems for card and mobile payments. It has developed and offers payment solutions for various sectors, including electric car charging, car washes, vending machines, golf clubs, and marinas.
 
As part of Logos Payment Solutions’ acquisition of EBS Digital, Logos Payment Solutions expanded its position in the self-service payment solutions market and strengthened its presence in the Norwegian market. The transaction closed on 22 July 2025.
