DLA Piper has advised the owners of Belman A/S – Expansion Joints on its sale to Indutrade AB

DLA Piper has acted as legal advisor to the owners of Belman A/S – Expansion Joints, a Danish manufacturer of customised expansion joints and bellows, in connection with the sale of the company to Indutrade AB (publ).

Indutrade has acquired 100% of the shares in Belman, marking the Swedish industrial group’s first acquisition of 2026. Following the transaction, Belman will join Indutrade’s Process, Energy & Water business area.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Denmark, Belman employs approximately 142 people and generates annual revenues of around DKK 180 million. The company designs, manufactures, and sells tailor-made solutions for demanding industrial applications and serves customers globally across sectors including marine, process industry and power generation.

The team from DLA Piper consisted of Peter Bruun Nikolajsen, Rasmus Stub Haurum, Bahja Kulane, Glenn Schmidt-Hansen and Marie Louise Aagaard.
