DLA Piper has advised the owners of Cenger in connection with a sale to Proclinic

DLA Piper is proud to have assisted the owners of Cenger Holding A/S in connection with the sale of 60% of the company, including its two subsidiaries, Cenger Scandinavia A/S and Cenger Scandinavia AB, to Proclinic.

With more than 1,300 clients, Cenger Scandinavia is one of the main companies in the clinical dental sector and the number one distributor in the dental laboratory segment in Denmark.
