DLA Piper has advised Pandektes ApS on its Series A funding round

Pandektes is a Copenhagen-based legal technology company that brings legislation, case law and other legal sources into a single platform with AI-powered search.

Founded in 2022, the platform is now used by more than 500 law firms, companies and public institutions.

The Series A round was led by Alstin Capital, with participation from PROfounders Capital, Scale Capital and existing investor People Ventures.

The proceeds will support expansion across Europe and North America.

DLA Piper advised Pandektes on all legal aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Martin Lavesen, Stefan Westh-Wiencken and Oliver William Forrester.
