DLA Piper has advised Pandektes on new investment round

Pandektes is a Danish legaltech company focussing on the development of a legal database for the investigation of legal issues.

The company's vision is to create a complete platform for legal information search and knowledge sharing.

With the recently completed investment round, Pandektes has managed to raise an investment of nearly EUR 3 million. The investment was carried by both existing investors and new investors, including People Ventures. People Ventures is a Danish venture capital company with a focus on helping Nordic start-up companies.

DLA Piper assisted Pandektes with all legal aspects of the transaction.
