DLA Piper has advised on the sale of Dansk Montage Supply A/S

Kristian Tokkesdal and Patrick M Toftegaard have advised the sellers on the sale of Dansk Montage Supply A/S to GB Holding Viby A/S in September 2018.

The background of the acquisition is that both companies seek to strengthen their business and position and find that there is a clear potential for synergy effects.

The principal line of business of DMS is lease of diagonal braces, but also of support materials and security solutions. The company has a significant market power in the Jutland market and seeks to strengthen its position in the Zealand market, while CP has a particularly strong market power in the Zealand market and seeks to position itself further west of the Great Belt.
