DLA Piper has advised Saltholmsgade Holding A/S in connection with the sale of residential housing project to PATRIZIA

The project company, Saltholmsgade Holding A/S, has concluded a forward purchase agreement with PATRIZIA on the sale of a turnkey housing project situated in Saltholmsgade in Aarhus.

The project involves the construction of 136 housing units of approx. 8,600 square meters in six buildings, and 38 basement parking spaces. The construction work will be completed in stages with expected final handover and completion of the transaction in September 2020.

In addition to the sold turnkey project, 10 town houses will be built in Saltholmsgade, which, according to the original plan, will be sold individually as off-plan properties.

DLA Piper has advised the shareholders in connection with the transaction with a team consisting of Emilie Møller, Klaus Gad, Trine Eriksen and Sanela Lulic.
