DLA Piper has assisted with the sale of VICUS Biogas

DLA Piper has assisted the sellers (DCC Biogas and Frijsenborg) with the sale of VICUS Biogas (Frijsenborg Biogas) to BioCirc Group.

The acquisition is part of BioCirc Group’s strategic expansion of its biogas portfolio.

The sellers were assisted by a team lead by Kristian Tokkesdal, Cecilie Kallmayer, Christian Bredtoft Guldmann, Christine Rahbek Lindhard, Esben Aggerbeck Biering and Jonas Magaard Bøgh.
