Dubex A/S sold to Conscia

DLA Piper advised the sellers of the sale of Dubex A/S to Conscia, a leading European provider of cybersecurity, networking, hybrid cloud, observability, and managed services

The acquisition strengthens Conscia’s cybersecurity offering and supports its ambition to become a pan-European leader in the field. This marks Conscia’s 16th acquisition in five years. Conscia is backed by Nordic Capital. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Dubex is a Danish cybersecurity specialist with over 25 years of experience and more than 80 specialists that support both Danish and international customers with critical services such as managed security, incident response, and offensive security. With this acquisition, Conscia significantly enhances its Security Operations Center solutions (SOC) throughout the Conscia group.
