Dustin buys Inventio.IT A/S

The Swedish IT group Dustin acquires the entire share capital of Inventio.IT, a Danish IT company specialising in infrastructure, hosting and ERP solutions.

Dustin Group AB (publ), which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has about 1,500 employees and a turnover of about SEK 10.3 billion. Inventio.IT was established in 2001, and its annual sales amount to about DKK 106 million. The company has just under 80 employees working at the offices in Herlev, Aarhus and Odense. The transaction is subject to approval from the competition authorities.
