Kemp & Lauritzen acquires Danish technical and electrical contractor Lindpro from MT Højgaard

Lindpro is an industry-leading technical and services provider within electricity, security techniques, intelligent building installations and ambient-assisted technology. Today, Lindpro employs 835 people in 17 locations, and in 2018 its revenue was DKK 784m.

For Kemp & Lauritzen, the acquisition of Lindpro is strategic and contributes to positioning Kemp & Lauritzen as the most significant technical contractor in Denmark. Kemp & Lauritzen provides solutions within electricity, HVAC, aeration and cooling and offers unique specialities as well as day-to-day services for large contract projects. Today, Kemp & Lauritzen employs 1,874 people.

The purchase price has been agreed at DKK 265m. The deal is conditional upon competition authority approval.
