DLA Piper has assisted Adelis Equity with its acquisition of Wrapology International Ltd., including its operations in Hong Kong and China.

Wrapology is a leading provider of premium packaging solutions, with operations across Europe and Asia. Through the acquisition, Adelis Equity expands its packaging platform through its portfolio company, Westpack, a well-established provider of packaging solutions operating throughout Northern Europe. The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses and further strengthens the group's ability to serve customers through a broader product offering and an enhanced international footprint.
