Alexandre Latif Schleimann-Jensen

Alexandre Latif Schleimann-Jensen provides advice on construction issues to owners in both the public and private sectors, Danish and international contractors, technical advisors and suppliers.
His experience extends to providing advice as well as conducting lawsuits and arbitration proceedings, including cases falling within the scope of the old and the new Danish systems of the General Conditions in the Danish construction industry and those within the scope of the international standard form contracts in the FIDIC Rainbow Suite.
In addition, Alexandre also advises on various issues relating to environmental law.

- Advisor to road haulage contractor on the contract for the transportation of excavated material in connection with the construction of metro stations and metro line to Sydhavn (a suburb of Copenhagen).
- Advisor to the employer in a dispute concerning extension of time in a construction project in Copenhagen of approx. 27,000 sqm. with a contract sum of app. DKK 1bn.
- Advisor to a contractor in various disputes about extension of time and extra works relating to two major prison projects.
- Advisor to a municipality in a dispute about defects in lighting-control equipment and software for street lighting.
- Advisor to a utility company in a dispute concerning liability for cable breakage.
