Anders Nørgaard

Anders Nørgaard is a partner at DLA Piper and advises public authorities, utility companies, and private companies on public contracts and procurement law, with a particular focus on public construction and civil engineering projects.

His practice includes strategic planning and implementation of complex tendering and contracting processes, including major public procurement, framework agreements, and cooperation models between public and private actors.

A significant part of Anders' work relates to public construction and civil engineering contracts, where he advises on the planning of tenders, contract structure and risk allocation, as well as the subsequent handling of disputes during performance.
