Camilla Bach Schou Stub deals with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and has several years of experience advising both Danish and international buyers and sellers in connection with Danish and cross-border transactions in a variety of sectors.
Camilla advises primarily on general commercial and company law issues, including establishment, capital structure, management issues, shareholders' agreements and other shareholder and management issues, etc.
Since 2016, Camilla has also been an external lecturer at Aspiri A/S in exam-preparation courses in the subject Company Law at the University of Southern Denmark, Aalborg University and Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
