Daniel Bo Pedersen specialises in data protection and advises enterprises and public authorities on all issues relating to data protection law. Daniel has previously worked as a data protection legal advisor at Aarhus University and as an assistant attorney at Bech-Bruun. He advises enterprises and public authorities within particularly the IT and pharmaceutical industries.  

Daniel has several years’ experience of GDPR including the implementation of large compliance projects, the processing of personal data within research and clinical trials, GDPR due diligence in connection with the sale and purchase of businesses as well as online compliance. 

Daniel is also widely experienced in operating and developing Legal Tech solutions, having developed digital legal solutions to comply with data protection legislation. 

In addition, Daniel advises on aspects of IT law, including SaaS contracts, software rights, development agreements and open source.
