Frederik Funding Husum

Frederik Funding Husum specialises in commercial law, focusing particularly on enterprises in distress.  

Frederik has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and has conducted several lawsuits, in particular adjudication proceedings, avoidance proceedings, liability proceedings and disqualification proceedings. He is also a member of the Danish Association of Insolvency Lawyers. Frederik advises business enterprises, financial institutions and trade unions on the legal issues affecting insolvent enterprises. 

He provides advice on all legal aspects of insolvency proceedings, including the opening of restructuring proceedings, exploring of possibilities for arrangements with creditors, as well as business transfers and bankruptcy proceedings.
