Gitte Kraft Thye is secretary to John Bjerre Andersen and Morten Kornbo Dybro.
She deals primarily with matters relating to real estate, lease law and real estate transactions, including registration in the Danish land register, preparation of completion statements, etc., the drafting of lease agreements and the bringing of cases before housing tribunals. In addition, Gitte has experience in evictions.
Furthermore, Gitte deals with cases brought before Danish rent tribunals, and she has experience in general legal proceedings as well as arbitration proceedings.
Gitte also assists a foundation in matters regarding the payment of funds to cancer patients. These grants are awarded based on various formal requirements.
