Gustav Holtmann-Egdø

Gustav Holtmann-Egdø is an assistant attorney in the Corporate M&A practice group and is specialised in M&A and corporate law. He has a particular focus on private M&A, venture capital and private equity matters, and advises on domestic and international investments and cross-border transactions, including structuring of M&A transactions, process management, legal due diligence processes, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation and completion of transactions.

In addition, he advises on a wide range of corporate law matters, including company formations and restructurings, warrant programmes, shareholder agreements and capital injections.
