Helle Qvortrup
Helle Qvortrup specialises in energy and utilities law, administrative law and sports law.
Helle is particularly experienced in advising utility companies, industrial organisations and municipalities on regulation within the energy and utility area, including regarding electricity supply, heat supply, renewable energy, administrative law, public law and municipal law.
Her services span advice in connection with the launch of new activities and projects, the drawing up of contracts and regulations, advice on rates and articles of association as well as assistance in connection with disputes, lawsuits and proceedings before various boards.
Helle holds courses and seminars on energy and utilities law, administrative law as well as regulatory requirements and green transition challenges, etc.
Helle has experience in conducting lawsuits within the energy and utility area as well as in conducting proceedings before the Danish Utility Regulator, the Danish Energy Board of Appeal as well as the Danish Environment and Food Board of Appeal.
In addition, Helle provides advice on sports-law issues.
