Inger Seeberg specialises in legal advice on environmental and planning law as well as disputes within this area.
Inger Seeberg has many years of practical experience in environmental and planning law as well as in negotiations with government and municipal authorities. Her experience spans dealing with a range of environmental approvals, EIA screenings and EIA reports, handling contamination matters, new local plans and their related environmental impact assessments, other planning matters such as rural zone matters, dispensation matters, nature-protection matters, etc.
For more than 10 years, Inger had the managerial and professional responsibility for the planning and environmental regulation of Copenhagen and Roskilde airports.
She not only has solid professional experience in the field, but also an intuitive understanding of clients' businesses in relation to both commercial and operational conditions and the challenges to be resolved.
Inger conducts proceedings before the general courts, the Danish Environmental and Board of Appeal and the Planning Board of Appeal.
