Karina Lynggaard Staal

Karina Lynggaard Staal deals mainly with real estate, including construction law and dispute resolution. 

Karina acts primarily for contractors, but also for consultants and architects. She has e.g. assisted a number of construction companies and owners in relation to calls under performance bonds. 

Karina also conducts litigation before the Danish civil courts as well as proceedings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. Furthermore, she provides advice within general commercial law, including on the drafting of contracts and interpretation of agreements.  

In addition, Karina provides advice relating to the law of obligations.
