Katrine Drachmann-Sonne

Katrine works in our People & Culture department in Copenhagen and focuses on HR administration and general HR operations.

She assists with onboarding, employee relations and advises both staff members and our management.

In addition, she runs initiatives within strategic HR development and is dedicated to optimising processes as well as creating a strong and sustainable workplace with organisational performance and high employee commitment.
