Kristian Kristensen

Kristian Kristensen is part of DLA Piper Denmark’s social housing team, assisting social housing organisations, pension companies, property developers and investors in matters concerning the realisation of social and private residential housing projects and major real-estate transactions.

Kristian provides advice within a broad range of commercial law disciplines relating to real estate, including all aspects of project development matters, matters concerning renovation and new construction, building rights, financing as well as real-estate transactions, etc.

In addition, Kristian is experienced in commercial and construction disputes as well as in litigation.
