Kristine Stage Mikkelsen provides advice on all aspects of procurement law to public authorities, bodies governed by public law and private enterprises.
Kristine is extensively experienced in advising public authorities and bodies governed by public law on preparing and conducting EU procurement procedures as well as calls for tenders under Danish special rules. Kristine advises on all issues in the process, ranging from initial strategic considerations and the drafting of tender documents to the conduct of the actual tender proceedings as well as the conduct of proceedings before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement or the courts.
Kristine also acts for private enterprises in connection with their participation in EU procurement proceedings. Her advisory services span the preparation of applications for pre-qualification, the preparation of tenders and considerations regarding any complaints, etc.
Furthermore, Kristine conducts complaints proceedings before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement, acting for both contracting entities and suppliers.
Kristine is particularly experienced in tender proceedings concerning large-scale and complex infrastructure projects within the utilities sector and large construction projects.
In addition to procurement law, Kristine advises on other public-law disciplines, such as issues of administrative and municipal law as well as access to documents.
