Lars Merrild Hareskov
Lars Merrild Hareskov provides advice on real estate, including construction law and building rights, as well as company law.
Lars is an experienced litigator, having conducted a vast number of legal proceedings before the courts, arbitration tribunals and various boards. Lars has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is also a certified arbitrator.
He advises property owners and property developers on property development, project development, construction projects, project management, cooperation agreements, etc.
Moreover, Lars advises a number of small and medium-sized enterprises on transactions, mergers and acquisitions etc. and provides general management consultancy services.
Lars is a professional member of boards of directors and chair several boards of directors, including Belea Holding A/S, Blue & Green A/S and Dan Mark Ejendomme A/S.
Furthermore, he has been appointed to the panel of insolvency attorneys set up by the Danish Debt Collection Agency within the judicial district of the Maritime and Commercial High Court.
In addition, Lars is a recognised lecturer with more than 25 years’ experience. He has lectured in subjects such as ethics, litigation strategy, company law, shareholders’ agreements and the setting up of businesses at the assistant-attorney programme operated by the Danish Bar and Law Society, JUC (a Danish legal training centre) and the Association of Danish Law Firms.
Finally, Lars is a contributor of articles to Erhvervsjuridisk Tidsskrift (a Danish commercial-law periodical), which is published by Karnov Group.
