Laura Kjær Petersen

Laura Kjær Petersen specialises in litigation with a particular focus on tenancy and construction law disputes. She advises residential landlords on legal matters arising throughout the tenancy relationship and assists clients with commercial leasing matters, including the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements.

In addition to her litigation and tenancy law practice, Laura advises on real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, and development of a broad range of property projects.

Laura currently serves as a lay housing court judge at the District Courts of Aarhus, Viborg and Randers and is an active member of several professional networks.
