Mads Just Hansen works with real estate, with a particular focus on construction law. He advises stakeholders in the construction industry – including both contractors and developers – on legal matters in all phases of construction projects.

Mads assists with advice related to the conclusion of contracts and has solid experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts as well as terms and conditions of sale and delivery. He focuses on ensuring clear and unambiguous contractual frameworks and on managing risks in construction and civil engineering projects.

In addition, Mads has experience with dispute resolution before arbitration tribunals, out-of-court dispute resolution, and litigation before the ordinary courts. He assists clients in disputes and provides advice throughout the entire process – from the initial assessment to the conclusion of the case.
