Ninna Thalund Daugaard

Ninna deals primarily with national and international real estate transactions regarding the transfer of commercial and residential rental properties, property portfolios and real estate companies as well as matters concerning property financing and development, and business lease law. Ninna has extensive experience within both asset and equity transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, project management as well as structuring and handling signing and closing.

Ninna advises both Danish and international clients, such as pension funds, private property companies and developers as well as private equity funds. Ninna has been one of the leading advisors on both the buy and sell side in several large national and international transactions in Denmark.

Ninna is very active in networking in the real estate industry and works positively with a relationship-building approach to clients, the industry and colleagues. Ninna is president of the real estate network CREN17. Ninna also serves on the Executive Committee of ULI Young Leaders, which is part of the international network Urban Land Institute.
