Ole Laursen
Ole Laursen specialises in insolvency law and enforcement law. Ole is in charge of planning DLA Piper Denmark’s procedures for conducting enforcement and debt-collection proceedings. He deals especially with minor lawsuits, enforcement and debt-collection proceedings.
Ole acts for a large number of enterprises, organisations and authorities in matters concerning non-paid invoices, membership fees, etc. Moreover, he is engaged in issues of general commercial law, including contract law, the law of damages and insurance law.
Ole is also engaged in general administrative-law issues, including public access to documents on public files and the liability in damages for administrative authorities. He has extensive experience in acting for or against administrative authorities.
In addition, Ole is a part-time lecturer in public law at Aarhus University and is also a preferred lecturer and speaker.
- Ole acted for a major Danish bank on a large portfolio of matters to interrupt the limitation period for bank claims. His assistance extended to thousands of matters and lasted several years.
- Ole regularly assists a number of clients in taking legal action before the enforcement court, including in handling enforcement proceedings concerning non-paid rent.
- Moreover, Ole regularly provides assistance to a number of clients, advising lessors in connection with the eviction of non-paying lessees.
