Patrick Andersen

Patrick Andersen deals primarily with mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Patrick has advised on both large and small transactions and has achieved extensive experience in cross-border transactions.

In addition, Patrick generally deals with a wide range of assignments within company law, where he has experience of major Danish as well as international investments, corporate restructurings, drafting of warrant programmes (incentive schemes) and general contract drafting.
