Pia Lykke Mathiasen
Pia Lykke Mathiasen has for more than 10 years dealt with business transfers (M&A) and investments. Pia has advised on both large and small transactions across a broad variety of sectors, thereby gaining vast hands-on experience of handling cross-border transactions.
In addition, Pia is extensively experienced in advising on venture capital and has assisted venture funds and businesses in connection with various investments.
As part of the above, Pia has profound experience of handling incentive schemes/MIP, such as warrant programmes and other conditional share schemes.
Pia is an active member of Danish Business Angels (DanBAN), one of Denmark's largest angel-investor networks, where she also lectures at the academy and sits on the board.
