Stine Bernt Stryhn

Stine Bernt Stryhn has more than 15 years’ experience of and is highly specialised in issues of company law, advising both Danish and international clients on the setting up of businesses, mergers, demergers, share exchanges, capital structure, shareholders' agreements, corporate governance, general meetings, ownership transitions, ownership structure, etc. within a broad range of sectors.

In addition, Stine advises on ESG, including in relation to businesses' reporting requirements and contractual regulations in this regard.

Stine's clients primarily span small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses but also extend to listed companies and PE funds.

In addition, Stine also chairs general meetings and lectures in corporate governance as well as supervisory-board activities.
