William Nordahl Schou Rugolo

William is an assistant attorney in the Corporate M&A practice group and is specialised in commercial and corporate law. William has a particular focus on corporate law and private M&A, and advises on domestic and international investments,  and cross-border transactions. His work includes, among other things, structuring of M&A transactions, legal due diligence processes, drafting of transaction documentation, advice on commercial contracts and other corporate law matters. In addition, William also advises within the life sciences sector, including on regulatory matters.
