DLA Piper has acted for the owners of Strøjer Group with the sale to Egernsund Wienerberger (part of listed Wienerberger AG)

DLA Piper has acted for the owners of Strøjer Group on the sale of all the shares in Strøjer Tegl, Strøjer Ejendomme, Strøjer Ler and Strøjer Tegl Systems to the listed Wienerberger Group, who is a leading supplier of building materials and listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange (ticker WIE.VI).

Strøjer Tegl is one of Denmark’s leading brick producers and have been family owned for six generations. Strøjer Tegl will upon the completion of the sale become a part of the Wienerberger Group and will be directly owned by the Danish Wienerberger entity, Egernsund Wienerberger.
