According to the Mergermarket Legal Advisor League Tables 2025, DLA Piper once again ranks as the top legal advisor in the Nordics by number of transactions.

Throughout 2025, DLA Piper’s Nordic Corporate M&A teams advised on a total number of 385 registered transactions in the Nordic region, reflecting the depth and strength of the firm’s regional M&A capabilities. In addition, DLA Piper secured the number one position in Denmark, Europe and globally by transaction volume.
