Brookfield Invests in Associated Danish Ports

DLA Piper advised Associated Danish Ports (ADP) on obtaining an investment from Brookfield Asset Management, which includes a total capital injection of DKK 700 million through a combination of equity and loan financing.

ADP owns and operates the Port of Fredericia, Port of Nyborg, Taulov Dry Port, and Port of Hanstholm, and plays a key role in Denmark’s green transition through strategic partnerships and infrastructure development.

Brookfield’s investment will accelerate ADP’s ambition to become a leading Nordic port operator. As one of the world’s largest infrastructure investors, Brookfield brings deep expertise in ports and logistics and will be a strong strategic partner in ADP’s continued growth.
