DLA Piper has advised Particle3D, a Danish MedTech company developing 3D-printed bone implants for surgery, on a capital injection in the million-pound range through West Hill Capital, a UK venture capital firm. In a mere two days, approx. 2.5m pounds were successfully raised from foreign investors.

Particle3D will be using the raised capital for product launches in Denmark and for hopefully entering the US market in Q1 2022.

The DLA Piper team was made up of Martin Lavesen, Nicholas Lerche-Gredal, Jess Thiersen, Ditte Lundberg and Diana Sloth Nielsen.
